Five days is the perfect amount of time for your body to truly let go of old tension. This retreat is built around care and kindness. Along with our daily yoga and meditation, you will receive two 1-hour Ayurvedic massages to soften your muscles and a sunrise hike to Methlang to gain a new perspective. We have designed this flow to take you from the “busy-ness” of arrival to a state of total “Zen” by the time you leave. You’ll have the space to explore our jungle paths, swim in the natural pool, or simply nap in the afternoon sun.

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Arrival & Welcome: We will pick you up from the airport or bus station and bring you home to Green Hills.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Sunset Yoga: A gentle evening session to help your body land in the serenity of Pokhara.
7:00 PM: Welcome Dinner: Enjoy your first home-cooked, nutritious vegetarian meal with the group.
Focusing on invigoration and the first touch of deep relaxation.
7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Morning Yoga & Pranayama: Wake up your body with breathing and movement as the sun rises.
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Ayurvedic Massage: A 1-hour traditional massage to begin softening deep-seated tension.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Evening Flow & Meditation: A slow practice to wind down, followed by a quiet meditation session.
A day of mountain views and deep vibrational healing.
5:30 AM – 8:00 AM: Sunrise Hike to Methlang: Walk through the fresh morning air to see the breathtaking Himalayan views.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Private Sound Healing: Experience a personalized sound session with our bowls to balance your energy.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Second Ayurvedic Massage: Further relaxation to integrate the morning’s healing hike.
A full day of wellness and time for self-discovery.
7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Deep Mindful Yoga: A focused morning practice to connect with your inner peace.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Massage Therapy: A final hour of soothing massage to seal in the benefits of your stay.
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Free Time: This is your time to explore the jungle paths, or enjoy a book in the yoga hall.
Waking up refreshed and ready to head back into the world.
7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Final Refreshing Yoga: A soft closing session to gather all the peace you have found this week.
9:00 AM: Farewell Breakfast: A final nutritious meal shared together before we say goodbye.
10:30 AM: Transfers & Departure: We will arrange your transportation back to Pokhara or the airport with a heart full of Zen.
