We start with a warm welcome and evening yoga to help you land. You’ll enjoy a morning hike to see the sun rise over the Himalayas, a private sound healing session to clear away stress, and plenty of time to sit with a cup of herbal tea and just be. It is just enough time to remember what it feels like to breathe deeply again.

3:00 PM: Check-In: Arrive at our peaceful hills and let our team help you settle into your new home.
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Herbal Tea & Welcome: We’ll gather for a warm cup of tea and a gentle introduction to our time together.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Evening Yoga & Yoga Nidra: A soft practice to stretch your body and a deep relaxation session to calm your mind.
7:00 PM: Nutritious Dinner: Share a home-cooked, healthy meal with fellow travelers.
8:00 PM: Mantra & Meditation: We end the day with soft chanting and a quiet meditation to help you sleep deeply.
9:00 PM: Lights Out: Rest in the total quiet of the Pokhara hills.

6:00 AM – 7:00 AM: Morning Refresh: We wake up with the birds for a gentle morning ritual to clear the body and mind.
7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Yoga & Meditation: Breathe in the fresh air during our morning movement and quiet seated practice.
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Sound Healing Session: Immerse yourself in the deep vibrations of our singing bowls to balance your energy.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Your Free Time: Use this space to explore the jungle, read in the yoga hall, or simply rest in the sun.
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Evening Practice & Dinner: A slow yoga flow followed by a warm dinner and shared stories around the table.

6:00 AM – 8:45 AM: Final Morning Ritual & Yoga: We gather for a longer session of breathing and movement to seal in your healing.
9:00 AM: Farewell Breakfast: A last nutritious meal to fuel your body for the journey ahead.
11:00 AM: Closing Sound Healing: A final, gentle “sound wash” to leave you feeling completely refreshed.
12:00 PM: Check-Out & Transfers: We’ll help you with your bags and arrange your transport back to Pokhara with a heart full of Zen.
